The course is bisected by the Oxford canal and a brook meanders across seven of the holes at strategic points. Tee shots require careful consideration and thought on every hole.

Wellington Course – Par 72
On a naturally free draining site, the Wellington Course, a par 72 design, is more open and invites players to grip it and rip it! Some of the holes are quite long but it provides a good variety as there are 1 or 2 driveable par 4s for the big hitters.

Waterloo Course – Par 69
The Waterloo golf course is a par 69 but is more intricately designed than the Wellington golf course with a fine combination of par 4s and par 3s with 1 par 5 as the 1st hole. This golf course is perfect for the regular golfer and requires better course management.
