We are Ready Golf Limited. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect will be processed by us. What information do we collect from you?

We will collect and process the following data about you:

  • Identity:
    • Non-member’s data could include, but is not limited to name and title, gender, preferred pronouns, email address.
    • Member’s data includes, but is not limited to name and title, gender, email address, phone number, postal address, current photograph.
  • Contact:
    • Non-member’s data could include, but is not limited to name, email address, social media profile name, marketing preferences.
    • Member’s data includes, but is not limited to name, email address, phone number, postal address, social media profile name, marketing preferences.
  • Financial / Transaction (can include, but is not limited to the following – this is applicable to Ready Golf Members only):
    • Bank account numbers and sort codes in case of direct debit mandates or refunds.
    • Username for online banking companies (such as PayPal).

 

Information you give us.

This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site/through our correspondence as part of beginning a new membership with us or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise.  Furthermore, any interaction with our social media profiles will give us your social media profile name and any other information you chose to make public on the applicable platform (e.g. Instagram profile details).  The information you give us may include but is not limited to your full name and title, social media profile name, email address, phone number, postal address, gender and golf playing handicap.

 

Information we collect throughout our relationship.

In order to process your membership and when making a booking the personal information you provide such as full name, gender, preferred pronouns, email address, playing handicap and membership ID number needs to be shared with the Service Provider so that a club can identify you and need be contact you if there is a course closure of problem with the booking.  Furthermore, if you choose to pay by Direct Debit, the appropriate banking information will be required by us or if you use an online payment platform (e.g. PayPal), we will receive your profile name.

If you are a guest of a member playing at any of our courses, we will collect your name, email address and marketing preferences as part of the booking process.

Other data might include, but is not limited to, your activity on our site through cookies.

 We have proper security measures in place to protect your information and we will comply with the relevant General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR 2018) and any relevant subsequent legislation.

 If you call us we will automatically collect the following information:

  • the phone number used to call us
  • a recording of voicemails left.

 

Providing us with your details online.

This is information you may choose to provide us with using the enquiry forms or registering on our site. It includes your full name and title, gender, preferred pronouns, address, telephone number, email address, social media profile names and preferences for receiving emails/marketing from us. Please let us know if any of this information changes so we can keep our records up to date.

At Ready Golf, we take your safety and security very seriously and we are committed to protecting your personal information. All information kept by us is stored on secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of our service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Where processing of your personal data is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

As a member you can access information we hold about you from your account under the section – Account Info.

If you are not a current member or require further details about information we hold about you, you can contact join@readygolf.co and we will send a right of access form along with our policy for identifying you are the correct person requesting this information.   This may require the provision of formal identification. 

Where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive we may charge a “reasonable fee” for the administrative costs of complying with the request.

We will also charge a reasonable fee if an individual requests further copies of their data following a request. The fee will be based on the administrative costs of providing further copies
